The beauty of CrossFit is in its universal scalability, which means no matter what your capabilities, we can adjust every workout to accomodate your needs while still pushing you to the edge of what you thought possible. When you join CrossFit SEO, you become a member of a community - a community that cares about your health and fitness, pushes you, and wants to see you succeed.
There are two ways you can get started:
Option 1: Contact Us
If you have some questions and aren't totally comfortable jumping in right away, feel free to contact us by phone or email. We're more than happy to answer your questions and will even get together for a one-on-one meeting that gives you a chance to break the ice and find out how CrossFit could work for you.
Option 2: Try us out...for FREE
It's not always easy to try something new, so we wanted to make it simple and commitment-free for you. This is why we are offering you your choice for how to try us out at no cost, no obligations, no pressure. Anything else wouldn't be who we are. Here's how to get signed up for your first class:
Keep in mind: we offer a beginner's class Monday nights at 8pm; during this class, we'll walk you through each of the movements you'll need to know for the upcoming week.

What's Next? Make a Commitment
We don't subscribe to the globo-gym model of making you sign up for an obligatory 6 month contract. Our monthly membership is month-to-month, but if you know you'll stick with it longer we offer discounts on longer memberships. Just pick a plan that works for you and we'll get started!
